Responsibilities

Drafting tailored estate planning documents to meet a wide range of client needs
Advising high-net-worth individuals on gift and estate planning strategies
Guiding clients through trust and estate administration
Providing counsel on charitable giving and philanthropic planning
Supporting succession planning for closely held businesses

Qualification

Estate planning experienceProbate experienceJuris DoctorateState bar admissionAnalytical skillsWriting skillsInterpersonal skillsTeam-oriented mindset

Required

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Admission to at least one state bar (Washington preferred)
Demonstrated experience in estate planning and probate
Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
