Review, negotiate, and maintain various agreements with potential counterparties, vendors, and consultants, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters
Assist in related project-based work, including creating and maintaining various contract templates, training guidelines, and process documents

Required

A bachelor's degree is required, along with a demonstrated record of professional and/or academic achievement
One to three years of work experience and an interest in learning more about legal and commercial risks
