Responsibilities

Senior Frontend Engineer obsessed with delivering exceptional UX quality — crisp visuals, smooth transitions, and intuitive flows — while staying pragmatic about shipping fast and iterating
You know when to polish and when to push
You care deeply about reliability, testing, and performance, but you’re also a great communicator who brings designers, PMs, and backend engineers together to move quickly without breaking trust
You’ll own the core user experiences and help make Phantom feel world-class and trustworthy

Qualification

Required

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
React + TypeScript, modular component design, state management (Zustand / Redux)
Automated testing (Jest, Maestro, Detox)
Performance tuning, error monitoring (Sentry, metrics)
Strong UX collaboration with Design and PM
Ownership mindset — moves from definition → delivery → quality
Previous experience working in fintech or crypto environments
Has shipped high-quality products and worked in high-caliber software development organizations

Preferred

1+ years experience in a blockchain based product
