Responsibilities
Create test plans, test cases and test scripts
Conduct functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing for Pega applications
Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications
Participate in sprint planning, grooming and daily stand ups as part of agile delivery team
Identify, document and track defects using standard tools
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright and Cypress
Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level
Qualification
Required
3-5 years experience in QA testing of Pega applications
Hands on experience in Pega functional, integration and regression testing
Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Self-starter who can work independently
Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major
Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution
A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected
Preferred
Pega CSA or CSSA is preferred
Familiarity with Pega capabilities and best practices
Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus
