Responsibilities
Develop and drive the firm's school strategy, identifying core and emerging schools, setting engagement objectives, and shaping the annual campus calendar to maximize impact
Build and strengthen external relationships, serving as the primary contact for university partners and student organizations
Design and execute on-campus events—such as information sessions and networking dinners—in partnership with recruiters, collaborating on purposeful engagement, post-event follow-up, and candidate conversions
Partner with other teams to align messaging across all campus and firm-led events, oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, and maintain brand consistency
Optimize engagement efforts through data on attendance, hiring, and brand perception, using insights to refine strategies and amplify impact
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in any field of study
At least six years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or early-talent marketing
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with senior university partners
Demonstrated project management and organizational abilities, including experience managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously
A strategic thinker who is comfortable executing detailed tasks and adapting to changing needs
The ability to travel for approximately ten trips per year
Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
