Responsibilities
Perform controller tuning, performance characterization, and troubleshooting for a variety of precision mechanisms used in the generation of EUV light
Define test specifications and select, procure, and assemble hardware for mechanism bench testing. Run experiments and drive the development of data collection and processing tools
Characterize motion performance and mechanism interactions at the integrated light source level. Use a combination of testing and analysis to understand observed behavior. Define and drive the implementation of improvements if needed
Work with a cross-functional team to bring prototype systems online and participate in the testing of complex calibrations and algorithms
Follow the initial systems through Alpha test, delivery and Beta test at one or more customer sites
Qualification
Required
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience
Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years
Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Preferred
A background in precision motion control with hands-on experience integrating, testing, and optimizing the performance of complex mechanisms
Experience working with semiconductor equipment in cleanroom environments
Working knowledge of Matlab/Simulink tools for controller development and tuning
Demonstrated ability to develop Python scripts for data analysis
