Responsibilities
Resolve end-user technical issues with professionalism and urgency
Image, configure, and deploy workstations
Install and update software and patches using automated tools
Manage and maintain workstation hardware and software inventory
Perform diagnostic testing and repair of workstations and peripheral devices
Assist with training sessions to support technology adoption and use
Provide support for PCs, mobile devices, productivity software, audio-visual equipment, and other technologies
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for problem-solving
Ability to remain calm, composed, and customer-focused while troubleshooting
Quick learner with a desire to grow technical skills
Excellent time management and sound decision-making abilities
7+ years of professional client-side user support experience
Expertise with Windows 10 to Windows OS, macOS, iPhones, and iPads
Experience supporting Office 365, including Microsoft Teams
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
Hands-on experience with computer hardware and system imaging
Familiarity with audio-visual equipment and VOIP phone systems
Proficiency with ticketing systems and workflow management, experience with Jira Service Management is a plus
Basic knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting
Valid Texas driver's license required
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
Preferred
A+ and HDI certifications preferred
Understanding of ITIL is a plus
