Alera Group, Inc. is looking for a Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager. The role involves delivering exceptional service to commercial lines insurance clients and managing client accounts while advising on coverage options and risk management.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service and support for commercial lines insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns

Advise clients on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management; provide clear recommendations and manage premium collections

Manage and maintain client accounts using Applied Epic, including documentation, policy updates, and proactive follow-up communication

Identify opportunities to round out accounts and cross-sell additional coverage to maximize value and earn commissions

Respond promptly to client and carrier requests, maintaining compliance and minimizing E&O risk

Required

Minimum of 3 years' of commercial lines experience

Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License

Excellent communication skills with a talent for building strong client relationships

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Proficient in insurance agency management software, insurance rating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Applied Epic experience is a plus!
