Qualification
Required
Experience in lending for residential investment properties
Ability to educate and empower property investors
Strong relationship-building skills
Proficiency in managing loans through Due Diligence, Underwriting, and Closing
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding origination goals
