Responsibilities

Coordinate high-volume interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and a thoughtful, consistent experience from start to finish
Partner with recruiters and interviewers to manage scheduling complexities, and anticipate potential conflicts
Apply sound judgment when navigating last-minute changes, balancing candidate experience with business needs
Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment, build trust, and maintain a high standard of collaboration
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting operations by sharing insights and supporting team initiatives
