The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep and safety of community properties, working closely with the Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and routine maintenance on community property and equipment

Manage and complete work orders through the work order system

Conduct general maintenance, janitorial duties, and groundskeeping

Carry out regular inspections of grounds, common areas, and buildings

Identify and report needed repairs, improvements, and safety concerns to the Maintenance Manager

Apply knowledge in carpentry, concrete, doors, drywall, fencing, cleaning, gutters, locks, plumbing, and painting

On-call rotation requirement

Perform additional related tasks as assigned
