Responsibilities
Steer and support Mantle’s brand storytelling, visual identity, and event presence
Develop and evolve Mantle’s RWA-centric brand narrative for global audiences
Oversee brand design, merchandise, and event strategies that express Mantle’s institutional finance and RWA positioning
Build experiential activations at conferences, summits, and ecosystem events to strengthen Mantle’s visibility and credibility
Scale Mantle’s global community, creator and ambassador squads
Lead creator partnerships, regional ambassador programs, and local language content ecosystems
Support community-driven marketing experiments that blend web3 native creator culture
Establish frameworks that empower regional teams to localize Mantle’s RWA and DeFi narratives with autonomy and quality control
Drive marketing strategies across Mantle’s verticals such as RWAs, AI, DeFi, and ConsumerFi
Collaborate with BD, Product and partners to design campaigns that accelerate adoption
Translate technical progress into credible, actionable storytelling for builders and institutional partners
Build programs that bring new protocols, tokenized assets, and cross-chain projects into Mantle’s orbit
Connect Product, BD, Comms, and Design for synchronized launches
Manage distributed teams and external partners to deliver campaigns with speed and precision
Use data to evaluate performance and continuously optimize strategy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of marketing or growth experience, 3 years minimally in web3, fintech, or high-velocity tech
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with experience across global and APAC markets
Proven track record leading marketing or growth marketing teams in DeFi or CEXes
Strong grasp of growth mechanics, brand, product-led and integrated marketing
Excellent communicator able to bridge technical depth and market relevance
Comfortable leading across functions in a fast-paced, iterative environment
