Responsibilities

Enter customer requests for quotes (RFQs) into the ERP system (EPICOR)

Provide pricing on standard products to customers promptly

Collaborate with internal teams to obtain pricing and lead times for custom products

Present formal quotes to customers, ensuring all relevant information is accurately conveyed

Track the status of open quotes and follow up with customers to close opportunities

Process customer orders in EPICOR once received

Provide customers with timely updates on their order status

Prepare reports for customers as needed

Build relationships with existing customers to identify future needs and business opportunities

Communicate with prospects and customers to convert inquiries into sales

Schedule meetings with current and prospective customers as needed

Maintain accurate customer information and interaction history within the ERP system

Build and maintain customer and prospect contact lists
