Responsibilities
Partner with the Account Executive team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling acting as the technical expert in Rippling’s products
Consult with prospects to understand their business and technical requirements to drive communication on the business value of Rippling’s HR product suite
Create and manage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives
Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers optimize and are successful using the Rippling HR product suite
Partner with the Product and Engineering teams by analyzing and presenting customer feedback to directly influence product development
Partner with other cross-functional teams including support, legal and compliance, and insurance teams to address customer inquiries and issues
Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape to better advise customers on product adoption and educate internal stakeholders
Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance
Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required
Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in the Financial Technology space
