Integration of optics into endoscopic, fiber-based imaging probes
Train others on established fabrication processes

Required

A doctorate degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline
Experience with optics and optical systems

Modeling software for optics and optical systems (FDTD, ray tracing, CAD)
Optical fiber
Scientific paper writing
Comfortable handling and manipulating sub-millimeter scale optical elements
Self-motivated
Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willing and eager to learn new skills and explore novel ideas
