Responsibilities
Cold call and text property owners to uncover off-market opportunities using Reafco’s proven systems and scripts
Evaluate properties for rentals, flips, and BRRRR strategies; calculate ROI and renovation costs
Shadow leasing, tenant placement, and day-to-day management of active rental properties
Join investor mentors on live property walkthroughs and learn how renovations are budgeted and managed
Assist with contracts, negotiations, and closings while gaining exposure to the full deal cycle
Qualification
Required
Ambitious, self-motivated individuals curious about real estate investing
Comfortable talking on the phone, networking, or learning sales skills
Organized and eager to learn how to analyze and execute deals
No prior real estate experience required—hustle matters most
