They are seeking a Senior Architect to prepare architectural designs, scale drawings, and contract documents while mentoring junior and mid-level engineering professionals.

Responsibilities

Prepare architectural designs

Prepare scale drawings and contract documents

Follow project design guides and templates

Research materials and assemble details

Mentor junior/mid-level engineering professionals

Support proposal efforts

Move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation

Qualification

Architectural design experienceRevitAutoCADRegistered Architect licenseDesire to learnTeamworkPositive attitudeSelf-motivated

Required

BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university

10+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)

Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD

Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work

Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Preferred

Registered Architect license is strongly preferred
