Responsibilities

Work with Agile software development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) to manage backlogs, sprints, and collaborative work

Championing Agile processes within the feature teams, facilitating ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews

Acting as a liaison between development teams and operations and maintenance (O&M), fostering a collaborative environment that supports sidecar integration strategies

Working closely with developers/platform integrators and the O&M team to ensure that completed features are ready for deployment and that release plans are aligned with operational standards and schedules

Proactively identifying and addressing impediments affecting the delivery team's progress, applying problem-solving skills to mitigate issues promptly

Introducing and reinforcing industry best practices for Agile software development/mission systems integration, driving continuous improvement within the team's processes and workflows

Required

Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree

Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

Prior scrum master experience (Agile, Scaled Agile Framework [SAFE], etc.)

Experience with Agile software development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) to manage backlogs, sprints, and collaborative work

Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide and manage team dynamics and decision-making processes effectively

Demonstrable expertise in Scrum and other Agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of the roles, events, artifacts, and rules inherent in the Agile framework

Proficiency in backlog management, including user story creation, refinement, and estimation techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across diverse technical and non-technical teams
