Responsibilities
Maintain customer satisfaction rate through post-service surveys and feedback. Strive to exceed customer expectations and resolve any concerns promptly
Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality, as evaluated through post-installation inspections and customer feedback
Complete HVAC installations within the established timeframes, meeting or exceeding the company's productivity standards
Achieve a first-time installation success rate as established by the Installation Manager, ensuring minimal revisits or callbacks due to installation-related issues
Continuously update and enhance technical skills, staying informed about the latest installation techniques, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices
Maintain a perfect safety record, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure zero safety incidents or accidents within the performance period
Provide effective mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice, contributing to their skill development and ensuring a positive learning experience
Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers during installations. Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Auchinachie during installations, earning high marks for professionalism from customers
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details, equipment used, and any modifications in the company's systems, such as Service Titan
Work collaboratively with the Install Apprentice and other team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork
Actively participate in performance reviews and self-assessments, identifying areas for personal improvement and setting development goals to enhance overall job performance. Pursue additional certifications and training opportunities to expand expertise and proficiency in installing various brands of HVAC equipment
Monitor and track the progress of the Install Apprentice, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth and skill advancement
Maintain a consistent record of punctuality and attendance, arriving at installation sites and appointments on time

Qualification
Required
Experience as an HVAC Installer
Ability to safely and efficiently install HVAC systems
Maintain customer satisfaction rate through post-service surveys and feedback
Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality
Complete HVAC installations within established timeframes
Achieve a first-time installation success rate as established by the Installation Manager
Continuously update and enhance technical skills
Maintain a perfect safety record
Provide effective mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice
Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers
Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor
Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details
Work collaboratively with the Install Apprentice and other team members
