Own the product strategy for the "Software Shop," a new internal platform for associates

Transform the Software Shop into a predictive, intelligent engine that anticipates associate needs

Create frictionless user experiences and improve how colleagues work

Define and measure success through clear KPIs

Build alignment with a diverse set of stakeholders across technology, security, and business lines

Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

Required
