Account Engineer
Kiemle-Hankins is a company with a long history in industrial maintenance, seeking to hire an Account Engineer for their Crown Point team. The role involves providing account management and sales strategy development for large industrial accounts, partnering with maintenance leaders, and maintaining strategic relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Provide account management/sales strategy development and execution at large industrial accounts
Partner with maintenance leaders at these accounts to solve problems and ensure efficient delivery of our services
Assist in the preparation of quotations and sales proposals for the full line of our electrical and mechanical apparatus services
Visit assigned account(s) on a regular basis to maintain and develop strategic relationships with account targets
Qualification
Required
2+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience in a technical capacity, preferably in a service/consulting business model within engineering or heavy industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in industrial maintenance related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) and solid understanding of profitability and other business measurements
Strong sales skills including effective negotiation skills and ability to successfully interact with customer decision makers and influencers
Must be able to demonstrate ability to acquire requisite technical knowledge
Basic computer skills with the following software: Excel, Word, Adobe, Microsoft Outlook
