Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services for adults and adolescents

Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses

Guide staff in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case reviews

Provide individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians

Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to ensure program flow and continuity of care

Support the Executive Director with program development, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives

Perform clinical documentation reviews, including regular chart audits

Respond to client crises and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment

Ensure all programming meets licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards
