Responsibilities
Extract and compile financial data from multiple sources to support analysis and reporting
Analyze trends and patterns to provide insights that inform strategic decisions
Prepare and maintain detailed financial reports using Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
Assist in developing forecasts and budgets based on data-driven insights
Utilize data mining techniques to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
Support ad hoc reporting needs and special projects as assigned
Leverage accounting software and systems to streamline financial processes
Ensure compliance with auditing procedures and accrual accounting standards
Provide recommendations for improving capital management and budget processes
Qualification
Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP
Familiarity with accounting software systems and financial tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining and trend analysis
Knowledge of accrual accounting and auditing principles
Ability to create and maintain detailed financial reports
Excellent organizational and communication skills for collaborative work
Preferred
Previous exposure to budget processes and capital management
Experience with CRM systems and Crystal Reports
