Responsibilities

Mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in laboratory techniques and research methodologies
Managing procurement and inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents
Providing essential support to the Principal Investigator with regulatory compliance including Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC), Institutional Review Board (IRB), and Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) protocols
Pursuing their own independent research project within the dengue immunology framework, contributing to our understanding of host-pathogen interactions, vaccine development, or antiviral immunity

Required

PhD in immunology and/or virology or related field
Experience ordering and managing supplies for an active laboratory
