Deployment Strategist - Public Sector
ReflectionAI is on a mission to build open superintelligence and make it accessible to all. They are seeking a Deployment Strategist to lead engagement with U.S. government agencies, driving the adoption of AI technology through the end-to-end deployment lifecycle and working closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities
Support pre-sales engagements, build compelling demos, and conduct executive discovery workshops with public sector organizations to uncover high-impact AI use cases and shape adoption roadmaps
Immerse yourself in customer workflows to identify key pain points, and co-design proof-of-concepts that demonstrate measurable ROI
Manage pilot programs end-to-end, including stakeholder alignment, milestone delivery, risk mitigation, and overall coordination across Reflection engineering and client teams
Develop and execute strategies that embed our AI solutions into core business workflows and ensure lasting adoption
Partner with Account Executives to convert pilot success into scaled adoption and drive long-term expansion with agencies
Capture customer feedback to inform our research and product development priorities and ensure alignment with public-sector needs
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or technical program delivery, ideally supporting U.S. agencies or other public institutions
Proven success leading complex programs with public agencies or in regulated environments (e.g., defense, infrastructure, education)
Ability to bridge business strategy and technical implementation with clear, impactful communication at all levels
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience advising public-sector executives
Energized by ambiguity with proven ability to drive organizational change and guide customers from concept to adoption
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and public-sector IT architecture, including security, privacy, and data governance
Hands-on experience with Python, data analysis, and working with LLMs
U.S. citizenship is required, with an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one
