Responsibilities

Analyze, design and implement technical solutions fulfilling business requirements on our core on-prime services and new AWS ones

Keeping in mind solution scalability, availability, security, quality, and maintainability characteristics

Actively participate in proof-of-concept implementation of new applications and services

Build and maintain high-quality code with approved code standards

Occasionally, assist in production escalations, systems operations, and problem resolutions

Assist team members in adopting new cloud service technologies

Mentor the team to remain current with the latest tech trends in the global marketplace

Assist management in the prioritization of development decisions

Required

Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or closely related quantitative discipline

Java, Docker, and AWS Cloud technologies

Oracle PL/SQL, NoSQL, and DynamoDB

ELK Stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana

Mule, Kafka, Kinesis, and GoCD

Spring or Springboot

Microservices architecture and high-traffic distributed applications design

Message-driven architecture with Sonic or RabbitMQ

Test-Driven Development (TDD) automated unit/integration tests

Synchronous and asynchronous request processing

Payments & eCommerce expertise; Web services security; and Agile Scrum framework
