Regional Sales Manager
Prodrive Technologies is dedicated to creating meaningful technologies that tackle major societal challenges. As a Regional Sales Manager for Contract Manufacturing, you will drive new business by identifying leads, engaging with customers, and coordinating sales activities to achieve targets in a high-end manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Identifying new business opportunities
Proactively engaging with customers
Guiding the sales from lead stage to project stage by working closely with internal business lines
Approaching customers and executing your sales strategy
Working closely with the Global Sales Managers, Commercial Directors and Business line directors to coordinate sales activities and engage with customers
Aligning customers and stakeholders
Whether it be through trade shows, social media, etc
Achieving Sales targets while focusing on quality over quantity
Understanding customer needs & effectively providing the customer solutions with our products and services
Qualification
Required
BS, BA, MSc in Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or any business-related degree
3+ years of technical and/or sales experience or technical experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Outgoing and client driven individual
Passionate about engineering and manufacturing
20% - 40% travel required
