Senior Manager, Strategy & Offer Management

The Senior Manager, Strategy & Offer Management will lead the deal enablement function, advising Sales and collaborating across various verticals to structure high-impact deals that align with customer needs and financial goals.

Responsibilities
Advise Sales on pricing, RFP responses, custom solutions, and professional service offers. Align deal economics with business objectives
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Service Delivery to move deals from pitch to close, faster
Build pricing strategies and models that ensure competitiveness and protect margin
Lead continuous improvement efforts to streamline workflows, reduce turnaround time, and increase win rates
Mentor analysts and coordinators; help scale the function with best-in-class tools, templates, and frameworks
Track and share KPIs such as deal speed, win/loss trends, cost efficiencies, and profitability insights
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in deal strategy, pricing, or commercial enablement, preferably in enterprise or recurring revenue environments
Strong analytical skills and fluency in financial modeling, pricing strategy, and value-based selling
Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
Excellent communication skills, able to influence up, down, and across with data-driven storytelling
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and collaboration tools
Operates with integrity, urgency, and a collaborative spirit
Preferred
Experience managing teams through scale or transformation
Recognized for process improvement or commercial leadership
Background in customer deal desks or business case escalation reviews
