Director of Sales Operations
Variant Partners is a well-established leader in aftermarket solutions for mobile environments, seeking a Director of Sales Operations to join their leadership team. The role involves aligning and optimizing sales, marketing, and customer success processes to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Inside Sales team to increase productivity and performance
Manage forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, and quota design
Oversee CRM administration and reporting, ensuring data integrity and usability
Equip sales with the tools, content, and training needed to accelerate deal cycles, improve win rates, and drive customer engagement
Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and performance tracking
Deliver actionable insights into buyer behavior, sales activity, and market trends
Eliminate data silos and promote a culture of informed, data-driven decision-making
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related leadership roles
Strong command of CRM systems, analytics tools, and reporting platforms
