Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives focused on Data Center investments, partnerships, and acquisitions
Build and maintain relationships with Hyperscalers, Data Center developers, and infrastructure partners
Evaluate and structure investment opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment
Collaborate with internal teams on technical feasibility, site selection, and operational planning
Represent Strata at industry events and in strategic negotiations
Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

Required

10+ years of experience in Data Center development, investment, or M&A
