Responsibilities

Coordinate administrative and practice group tasks and projects to support attorneys

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, deadlines, and conference calls

Track and manage litigation deadlines, filings, and related court documents

Prepare and coordinate new client intake, including engagement letters, conflict checks, and matter setup

Interact professionally with clients via phone, email, and in person

Prepare, edit, proofread, and assemble legal documents and correspondence, including letters, memos, pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs

Finalize court documents by ensuring compliance with court rules and submitting filings electronically through Electronic Case Files (ECF) as required

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 2 years of legal administrative experience required

Litigation experience, including docketing, and knowledge of court and agency processes and procedures required

Advanced knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required

Excellent grammar and communication skills required

Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and firm information required

Preferred
