Padgett Law Group (PLG) is an elite creditors' rights law firm with practices across several states, including Pennsylvania. They are seeking a Foreclosure Attorney to draft and review legal documents, organize case files, and collaborate with a team while engaging in court appearances and mediation.

Law Enforcement

Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing legal documents for second level review of the Supervising Attorney

Organize case files, track legal deadlines and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics

Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales

Assist in preparation in advance of appearances

Collaborate with members of the state team

Actively participate in weekly state meetings

Engage with Supervising Attorney in a one-on-one weekly meeting

Qualification

Required

J.D., licensed in Pennsylvania and in good standing in all jurisdictions

Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner
