Senior Accounts Manager

Responsibilities
Manage Agent Relationships – Provide expedited service to agents, individualized training, and liaison between internal departments for a seamless customer experience
Business Strategy – Make decisions and recommendations for ProAg and our agents based on your thorough understanding of the industry
Industry Knowledge – Advise agents and business leaders on key compliance matters such as sales closing date, acreage reporting date, fund designation, and accounting cutoff. Maintain a deep understanding of crop insurance and ProAg’s Standard Business Agreement (SRA)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-Managed, with the ability to work independently
