Responsibilities
Design and develop user-friendly interfaces and features using C#, Blazor, and .NET technologies
Integrate and optimize third-party communication platforms (Bandwidth, Twilio, or similar services)
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that meets healthcare industry standards
Manage Azure cloud infrastructure and implement DevOps best practices for optimization and reliability
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and communication regulations (TCPA, STIR/SHAKEN)
Collaborate asynchronously with the team, providing clear status updates and technical documentation
Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and security
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in C#, .NET framework, and Blazor
Strong experience building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces with HTML/CSS
Proven track record of working independently and managing projects with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can clearly explain technical concepts and decisions
Experience with healthcare applications and understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements
Hands-on experience integrating communication platforms (Twilio, Bandwidth, or equivalent)
Knowledge of voice/SMS regulations (TCPA, STIR/SHAKEN, carrier requirements)
Solid understanding of SQL and database management
Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience as a software engineer with a strong portfolio demonstrating code quality and interface design
Must be based in the United States
Preferred
Strong DevOps experience with Azure (CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, cost optimization)
Experience with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) and VoIP technologies
Familiarity with Telerik and Alpine.js
Knowledge of HL7 protocol and healthcare integrations
Experience with API design and third-party integrations
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
