The Associate Director Education, Sales - Salesforce Consulting Services is responsible for building relationships with education institutions and helping them envision how Salesforce can modernize their operations.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new education clients through Salesforce partnerships, referrals, inbound leads, and proactive outreach

Collaborate closely with Salesforce Education Cloud sales teams

Conduct discovery sessions with universities and colleges to understand their goals around student recruitment, admissions, retention, and alumni engagement

Present tailored Salesforce-based solutions leveraging Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI, and Slack integrations

Partner with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to scope projects and create detailed Statements of Work (SOWs)

Lead proposal presentations covering scope, pricing, and timelines

Manage contracting in collaboration with Jax leadership and legal

Maintain strong client relationships post-sale, identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term engagement

Stay current on trends and challenges in higher education — including student success analytics, AI in education, and data strategy

Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas

Track and manage your pipeline using Salesforce CRM with accurate forecasting
