Responsibilities
Execute work scope and communicate directives to a team of technicians to assure that tasks are performed on time, on budget, and within compliance of 14 CFR 145 guidelines
Support team growth and development by identifying training needs and overseeing the completion of those programs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician or Manager
A&P certification
Airframe Powerplant License
Experience with Corporate Aircraft such as Challenger, Lear, Dassault, etc
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, instructions, blueprints, etc
Understanding of CFR Part 145.211
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
