Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of technical professionals, utilizing creative sourcing strategies, and collaborating with Account Managers to meet staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Full life-cycle recruiting of technical professionals
Utilizing creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
Building and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placement through fostering long-term relationships with candidates
Collaborate with Account Managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire
Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients
Qualification
Required
2-3 years' experience recruiting for Engineering/IT roles
Experience in a recruiting environment supporting both direct hire and contract positions
Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
Driven, Upbeat, positive attitude
Ability to develop long term relationships with candidates
Preferred
Knowledge of Bullhorn is a plus
