Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team in Parkland, FL. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales, overseeing operations, and creating an enjoyable environment for employees and members.

Create additional traffic & generate sales
Oversee the operations and production
Must create and maintain an enjoyable environment for all employees, members, & guests
You will be required to have reliable transportation to and from work
Generate Sales is a Must - Inside and Outside the Gym
Create and maintain business to business relationships
Manage the club's customer relationship management system as provided by the organization
Create a presence and be involved in the community through events, health fairs, wellness activities etc
Post on social media on a daily basis
Must meet and maintain all key performance indicators as outlined by the organization
Exceptional communication skills
Promote and sell Personal Training to new and existing members
Promote, maintain and exemplify the Anytime Fitness brand among health club members, potential health club members and among company staff
Ensure that Anytime Fitness policies and procedures are properly disseminated and followed
Handle customer service issues that may arise in the health club
Manage staff of personal trainers to ensure clients needs are met
Perform any other duties that are assigned, from time to time
Ensure cleanliness of club at all times
Achieve prospecting and financial goals for the club each day to ensure monthly goals are met

Required

At least one-year experience directly managing a team
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and developing a sales focused and customer centric team
Experience in sales management and outside marketing
