Qualification
Required
Four to ten years of experience with Employee Benefits law
Experience with all areas of employee benefits, including but not limited to, ERISA
Experience with the design, establishment, maintenance and operations of various retirement, welfare, and fringe benefit plans
Knowledge of employee benefits laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong academic background
