Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of pre-litigation: intake, case investigation, insurance claims, demand packages, negotiations, and settlement

Evaluate case value, assess liability and damages, and prepare cases for litigation handoff when necessary

Utilize leverage points (CRNs, bad-faith exposure, insurer tactics) to maximize recovery for clients

Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes

Defend case value with strong legal and factual arguments

Collaborate with accounting and lien departments to drive lien reductions (ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, hospital/provider disputes) and protect client net recovery

Partner with a Case Manager, Pre-Lit Paralegal, and Medical Records Coordinators to ensure timely progress on every file

Coordinate with the litigation and intake teams for smooth handoffs and unified client experience

Contribute to firm culture by exemplifying professionalism, accountability, and client-first service
