Senior Product Manager, Go-to-Market

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of end-to-end GTM strategies for new products, particularly high-visibility, complex, or confidential launches
Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to craft the positioning, messaging, and marketing approaches tailored to core customer segments that produce desired outcomes
Responsible for coordinating with marketing to develop multi-channel content and marketing campaigns that drive widespread adoption and growth for key launches
Monitor launch progress, gather customer feedback, and loop this information back to Product and Sales teams to optimize the GTM strategy for long-term growth
Works extensively with Product, marketing and Sales teams, and serves as the 'glue' that keeps the organization's most important launches on track, providing flawless program management
Develop detailed program plans and schedules, manage the execution of tasks, and monitor and report on progress, ensuring activities are completed on time and within budget
Skilled in leading customer research initiatives—including surveys, interviews, and behavioral analysis—to uncover actionable insights that inform product positioning, messaging, and post-launch iteration
Conduct data analysis to report launch performance, identify trends, and drive data-driven optimization decisions. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to executive stakeholders
Leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance go-to-market strategies, streamline program execution, uncover customer insights, and optimize launch performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Design, Computer Science, Psychology)
7+ years of professional experience in product management, go-to-market, or leadership in a cross-functional environment
Experienced project manager who has led GTM execution for mission critical product launches
Ability to move seamlessly between 'big picture' thinking and leading tactical execution
Flawless program management, managing up, down, and across, serving as the 'glue' that keeps our organization's most important launches on track
Strong business insight and the ability to align program goals with strategic business objectives
Persuasive when using data and metrics to drive improvements and communicating results to senior leadership
Real experience creating GTM initiatives at scale and working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research
Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, with a track record of using data to guide product decisions and optimize user outcomes
Preferred
Completion of a formal Product Management or Project Management training program is a plus
