Must have M365 tenant to tenant migration experience
Focus on designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting security and compliance solutions leveraging Microsoft tooling
Demonstrate experience with solution design, implementation, maintenance and support of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop
Ability to work independently, as part of a team or in a project lead role
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively on multiple priorities with firm delivery dates
Proven record of guiding organizations through the Modern Workplace journey, providing recommended best practices and driving execution

Must have M365 tenant to tenant migration experience
Relevant experience in a Microsoft 365 Architect role is essential
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, is crucial
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune, is must have
Can demonstrate 7+ years' experience with all aspects of solution design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the following Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance & Identity products
M365 products suite
Entra ID
Active Directory
Logic Apps
Azure cloud
Automation
Can demonstrate experience with solution design, implementation, maintenance and support of Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop
Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an Enterprise IT environment
A trusted Technical Advisor to internal team
Ability to share knowledge and strengthen our team
Ability to work independently, as part of a team or in a project lead role
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively on multiple priorities with firm delivery dates
Effective communication skills within information technology and business environments
Customer and quality focused individual
Proven record of guiding organizations through the Modern Workplace journey, providing recommended best practices and driving execution
Firm understanding of the Microsoft 365 security and identity components
Experience within a large-scale Windows Enterprise customer/employer
Solid understanding of Hybrid Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services
Experience with PowerShell, PowerShell Workflow and troubleshooting PowerShell ISE
Identity Management (Active Directory, EntraID, PAM, Microsoft Identity governance)
Windows Hello for Business
Preferred
Microsoft certifications are advantageous
