They are seeking a Parts Specialist for Inside Sales to provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and assist in identifying parts.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs
Respond to telephone inquiries from customers
Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs
Calls vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock
Maintain a section of the showroom floor
Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and/or GED is required
Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill, and abilities
A minimum of one year experience in parts sales (auto or truck parts) and/or counter operations is required
A valid driver's license is required
Preferred
