Trade Marketing Manager
Novamex markets an array of food and beverage brands in the Hispanic Industry. The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for maximizing sales execution at the store level, acting as a liaison between brand management and sales, and training sales personnel to enhance brand performance.

Responsibilities
Training for all Sales Reps and Merchandisers. Individual should take seminars in how to train effectively sales personnel. Acquire expertise in all Brands thru interaction with Brand Managers
Coordinates sales activations and planned events, working closely with external execution agencies. Required to serve as liaison with external agencies
Reports periodically execution of programs according to plan in all Brands
Gives feedback to Brand Managers on the programs that better suit sales performance
Works closely with Sales Managers to improve performance of sales reps and merchandisers. Gets support from departments in corporate offices on reports and indicators that track execution parameters
Identifies areas of opportunity to increase sales in all Brands. Works closely with Sales Managers to follow up on main strategic goals for each position
Travels within assigned region to work in the field along with sales reps and merchandisers. Expected to travel approximately 60% of time
Evaluates Brands penetration and sales performance to develop new strategies, focusing on current and new distribution channels, as well as new geographies
Helps develops market strategies in Sales Regions to satisfy customer needs, analyzing competitors and market trends
Constantly evaluates different sources of information like market, sales, profit and demographic data to propose adjusting and improving the Brand’s planned strategies
Keeps track of team performance indicators for their assigned territory or region. Presents data to Sales Teams and pursues better objectives to improve execution goals
Coordinate the implementation and revision of special projects and promotions with sales, marketing and operations personnel
Must be able to work in a team. Team Building is an ongoing process that helps a work group evolve into a cohesive unit
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.S/ B.A.) from a four-year college; or four to six years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, ideally in food and/or beverage products categories
Experience in Brand Management and Sales
Familiar with presenting data and analysis to buyers
Bilingual English/Spanish
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Emphasis on excellent communication skills in order to develop clear reports, business correspondence, and presentations for the company
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers
Overall excellent communication and writing skills
