The Senior SDR / BDR Leader will lead an elite outbound sales team responsible for sourcing high-value business opportunities and converting leads into mandates through strategic conversations and innovative approaches.
Responsibilities
Source high-value business opportunities ($5M–$50M revenue companies) through targeted outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, video)
Lead intelligent, founder-level conversations with industrial and manufacturing business owners
Partner with our deal team (ex-bankers & operators) to qualify, shape, and convert leads into mandates
Use AI, automation, and strategy to scale your own output—this is not smile-and-dial boiler room work
Contribute to playbook creation, messaging refinement, and team culture
Qualification
Required
Proven success: President's Club or top 1–5% performer at your current company
Pipeline assassin: You've sourced enterprise deals or $1M+ opportunities personally
Hunter DNA: You live for the thrill of creating something from nothing
Strategic mind: You know how to map markets, craft multi-touch sequences, and get through to C-level execs
Startup-tested or startup-ready: You can thrive in ambiguity, own your outcomes, and execute without handholding
