Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation
4 years of experience
CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Preferred

Master's Degree preferred
Proven record of success in state and local tax laws
Experience in multi-state income tax planning and compliance
Proficiency in FAS 109, MS Excel modeling, and tax research
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in managing project workflow and budgets
Leadership in supervising teams and fostering trust
Skills in coaching staff and providing feedback
Knowledge of automation and digitization in tax services
