Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts in our ICP and reach the right stakeholders
Run daily call blocks and send concise, relevant emails and LinkedIn touches. Activity matters, quality is essential
Help cover inbound leads with quick response during business hours, and next-business-day follow-up for after-hours submissions
Ask smart questions, confirm fit, and capture buying roles and decision criteria
Set qualified meetings for AEs and deliver clean, useful handoffs
Share short, helpful context about industry challenges and how DOOR helps teams work smarter
Log clear notes, next steps, and required fields in Salesforce to support accurate reporting
Partner with AEs and Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
0–2 years of professional experience; internships, customer service, or sales experience are a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred; Salesforce is a plus
Exposure to dialer or telephony tools such as RingCentral is helpful
Interest in PropTech, SaaS, or real estate technology is highly valued
