Responsibilities
Oversee residential, commercial, and consumer lending activities at the credit union
Drive Utah First’s unique lending culture while achieving both loan production and credit quality objectives
Serve as a key decision-maker in loan approvals and ongoing loan quality reviews
Ensure all lending and loan servicing activities align with the Credit Union’s risk tolerance, growth goals and meet all regulations including those promulgated by NCUA
Encompass responsibility for loan production, growth, and origination
Product development, pricing strategies, loan underwriting, portfolio management, secondary market sales, and asset quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
Ten to fifteen years of leadership experience in the financial services industry
Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
