Epic Advanced BI Developer (Community Based Analytics)
Superlanet is seeking an Epic Advanced Business Intelligence Developer to support analytics and performance measurement across their healthcare client’s Community Based Care business area. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Models and SQL programming to design, develop, and deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that empower leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using data from Epic, Infor, and other enterprise systems
Apply advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve operational and clinical performance
Serve as a subject matter expert in Epic data structures and Business Intelligence (BI) development
Manage analytic project timelines, deliverables, data integrity, and stakeholder communications
Partner with business and IT leaders to translate analytic needs into actionable, value-driven solutions
Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and system owners to promote best practices in data governance and visualization
Ensure all deliverables adhere to quality, compliance, and security standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model Certification with hands-on development experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience using BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Proven SQL development and data modeling expertise
Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehouses, and ETL concepts
Demonstrated ability to manage analytics projects independently from design through delivery
Preferred
Master's degree in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or a related discipline
Epic Caboodle Developer Certification
Experience with Epic Cogito Tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer)
Hands-on experience developing with Qlik Sense
Experience supporting healthcare or community-based care analytic initiatives
