Production Planning & Calendar Management

Develop and maintain seasonal production calendars aligned with design, development, and sales timelines

Coordinate SMS, PPS, and bulk production milestones to ensure timely delivery

Monitor production progress and proactively resolve potential delays or material issues

Manage communication with global manufacturing partners across categories including knits, woven tops, bottoms, and accessories

Negotiate cost, lead time, and capacity with suppliers while ensuring compliance with HEAD’s quality and sustainability standards

Conduct factory evaluations and maintain performance scorecards for quality, reliability, and efficiency

Oversee fabric and trim sourcing approvals in collaboration with the design and technical teams

Approve TOP samples and pre-production materials to ensure consistency in fit, fabric, color, and finishing

Manage quality control checkpoints, including inline and final inspections

Review and confirm unit cost sheets with factories and suppliers

Track production budgets and freight costs to ensure alignment with financial targets

Identify cost-saving opportunities through efficient material usage or process optimization

Partner with the design, merchandising, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth production flow

Align production schedules with marketing, e-commerce, and trade show timelines (e.g., PGA Show, seasonal previews)

Provide regular updates to leadership on production status, shipment forecasts, and key issues

Ensure all factories follow ethical labor, environmental, and safety standards

Support HEAD Golf’s eco-friendly initiatives by implementing sustainable packaging, labeling, and material sourcing practices

Maintain production trackers, PO summaries, shipment records, and vendor communications

Provide post-season performance reports summarizing production timelines, costs, and improvement areas
